Skype 3.8 : Free VOIP Client

Version 3.8 Released: 29th April 2008

Skype is used to make free calls across the internet using Voice over IP technology. Calls from PC-to-PC is free of charge. Voice clarity is promising. Skype has now released a new version with important Hotfix and lots of bugs fixed.

From Version 3.6, Skype has made following improvements.

1. Use of public chats - you can start a conversation between a group of known or random users who happen to join your topic of conversation.
2. Enhanced file transfer which will enable you to use your apple address book in Skype.
3. New feature of automatic redial for busy or unconnected calls.
4. Easy volume adjustment during a call.
